How to specify a salon or spa towel set

A useful towel order begins with the pieces you need for each treatment. Separate head towels, treatment-bed towels and headbands in your specification.

Measure each use

Measure the treatment surface and decide how much coverage is needed. A 70 × 140 cm towel may be suitable for one use and too small for another. Confirm dimensions with your workflow rather than ordering by the words “salon set” alone.

Define the set

Write down the number of each item per set and the number of sets. If the order contains headbands, specify their dimensions and fastening requirements separately. Include logo placement for each piece.

Compare weight correctly

Grams per towel and grams per square metre are different measurements. Ask which unit the specification uses. Confirm the material composition and request care instructions for the exact towel, especially when embroidery or printing is added.

Prepare a repeat order

Keep the approved specification, colour reference and artwork together. Share the previous order reference when requesting a repeat quotation. Availability, price and timing must still be confirmed for the new order.
